Marina Vip offers all the features of a fully equipped residence while accommodating only a very small number of guests; this means that each guest is truly at the centre of our attention and can feel at home while being surrounded by unspoilt sea and greenery.
Located in Procchio, just 5 minutes from the sandy beach, Marina VIP features an outdoor pool with 40 hydro jets, suitable for up to 6 people and seasonally heated to 32°C, a private beach, free private parking and free WiFi throughout the property.
The apartments include a seating and dining area, a kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, hob and coffee machine, and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries and shower.
All units are equipped with air conditioning, independent radiator heating where required, use of a washing machine, an outdoor living area and an initial supply of “A MODO MIO” coffee capsules. Marina VIP also offers a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a free grocery delivery service.
Marina VIP is also an ideal stop for GTE hikers. Procchio is strategically located along the GTE route, making it the perfect place for a rest and refreshment stop. The village is situated shortly before the challenging climb leading to Monte Perone.
Guests have access to 2 free mountain bikes and 2 coin-operated electric bikes for cycling in the area, as well as a small gym available free of charge.
