The Appartamenti Mazzi Franco are located about one kilometre from the sea, on a small hill thirty metres above sea level, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. Nearby there are small shops, restaurants, pizzerias, tennis courts and various water activities on the beach.
Starting directly from the apartments, guests can enjoy walks through the woods along marked and unmarked trails, with routes lasting from one hour to over four hours.
The Appartamenti Mazzi Franco overlook the Gulf of Lacona, whose beach of fine white sand, with shallow water extending for several metres from the shore, is considered one of the most beautiful and best-equipped beaches on the Isola d'Elba.
Casa Rosa
The two one-bedroom apartments face the sea, which can be reached in 2 minutes by car, and offer a beautiful view over the wide bay of the Gulf of Lacona.
Located on the ground floor, they have a reserved parking space and a covered porch furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. They consist of a living room with kitchen area and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
One-bedroom apartment
The one-bedroom apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed. Outside, there is a furnished area for dining outdoors with a sea view. Guests also have access to a large barbecue and a private parking space.
Studio apartment
The studio apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and double bed, and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is an area for dining in the open air with a table and chairs. Parking space.
How to reach us
To reach the apartments, after leaving the ferry follow the sign for "tutte le direzioni", then turn left towards "Porto Azzurro" and continue until you reach a traffic light. Turn right here towards "Lacona". The road climbs a hill and, at the top, you will be enchanted by the view, first of the Portoferraio promontory and then of the Gulf of Lacona. Descending towards Lacona, take the first road on the right (via M. di Lacona) and after about seven hundred metres you will have arrived.
