The property consists of 4 apartments located within private grounds, 50 metres from the sea, in the small cove of Nisportino, where lush nature and crystal-clear sea will accompany you during a completely relaxing holiday.
The proximity to the sea and the dense Mediterranean vegetation surrounding the bay keep the climate mild even during the hottest months.
The area is part of the “Tuscan Archipelago National Park”. It is located in the north-east of the island and faces north-west, a feature that offers views of the magnificent sunsets for which it is known.
The 4 apartments consist of 3 two-bedroom apartments (Nispo 1 apartment, Nispo 3 apartment, Nispo 4 apartment) and 1 one-bedroom apartment (Nispo 2 apartment), all with a parking space within the property.
Nispo 1 Apartment
The Nispo 1 apartment (two-bedroom apartment) consists of a kitchen-living room with a small double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, an outdoor area with sea view where guests can have lunch and dinner, and 1 parking space within the property.
The apartment is equipped with crockery, cutlery, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV and a remote control for the electric entrance gate.

Nispo 2 Apartment
