Surrounded by greenery, among rosemary, jasmine and flowers of all kinds, Oasi Fiorita is a small family-run residential complex. The apartments, all with equipped outdoor space, are comfortable and well furnished, with all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. They feature air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe, bed linen and towels with weekly change.
The view is wonderful, stretching from Golfo Stella and Monte Capanne to Corsica on clear days. The apartments are located in the southern part of Isola d'Elba, in Pareti, just a few steps from the sea, where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday, away from noise and surrounded by the peaceful tranquillity of nature.
Pareti beach, with sand mixed with small pebbles and a shallow seabed, is particularly suitable for families with children, thanks to its sheltered position and calm sea. The apartments are a five-minute drive, or a half-hour walk through breathtaking scenery, from the village of Capoliveri, one of the most beautiful and oldest on the island.
The area's mild climate makes it possible to discover the beauty of these places in spring and autumn too, following some of the most interesting trekking and mountain bike routes on Elba, such as the route through the mines of Punta Calamita or the natural area of Costa dei Gabbiani.
It is an ideal place for diving enthusiasts: it is very close to the island's most interesting diving areas and is home to an internationally renowned diving centre, Il Corsaro. The owner of the apartments is one of the instructors who takes enthusiasts on dives and boat trips along the coasts of Isola d'Elba aboard fully equipped boats.
The apartments are available during the winter months too, as they are properly heated. All apartments have access to a children's playground and a washing machine.
