Located in a small apartment building, the apartments are just a few metres from the beach and the centre of Marina di Campo, where all kinds of services are available. The picturesque seafront promenade offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful walk while discovering charming views, all the way to the town’s marina, from where excursions to the nearby islands of the Tuscan Archipelago are available.
The long sandy beach is only 150 metres from the building and is partly free and partly equipped, with the possibility of practising all kinds of water sports and hiring boats.
Each apartment has its own unguarded private parking space, free Wi-Fi internet connection and a shared washing machine. A supermarket is located beneath the building, where guests can purchase essential items and much more. Numerous restaurants, bars and pizzerias can be reached in just a few minutes with a pleasant walk through the narrow streets of the town.
The apartments are located on the first or second floor and most have a balcony. All have air conditioning, ceiling fans and bathrooms with shower cubicles.

One-bedroom apartment sleeping 4/5: first or second floor, sometimes with balcony. Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. Twin or double bedroom. Bathroom (5th extra bed available for a supplement).
Three-bedroom apartment DS sleeping 8: first floor with balcony. Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. Three twin or double bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Washing machine.
