Reale Home Apartments are located in a peaceful, green area near Porto Azzurro, about a 10-minute walk from Reale Beach.
The property consists of two independent apartments, Classic and Superior, both renovated and carefully furnished, ideal for couples and families wishing to enjoy a holiday on Elba Island surrounded by sea, relaxation and comfort.
The centre of Porto Azzurro can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. During the summer, a municipal shuttle service stops in front of the property and runs directly to the town centre, offering a convenient way to get around without using the car.
Classic Apartment
The Classic Apartment, measuring approximately 38 m², can accommodate up to 3 guests. It features an equipped eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom with an additional single bed and a private bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is particularly suitable for a couple or a family with one child.
Superior Apartment
The Superior Apartment, measuring approximately 50 m², can accommodate up to 4 guests. More spacious and bright, it includes an equipped kitchen, a separate living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom overlooking the garden and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The Superior Apartment also features air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine and air fryer. Its well-organised spaces make it an ideal choice for families or guests who prefer greater separation between the living and sleeping areas.
Garden, mini-pool and shared areas
Guests staying in the two apartments can enjoy a large shared garden with olive trees and several areas dedicated to relaxation. The outdoor area includes a sun terrace with loungers, hammock chairs, an outdoor shower and a heated mini-pool with hydromassage.
The property also offers an equipped barbecue area with sink and outdoor table, a small fitness area with bench and weights, and private parking spaces within the grounds, which are accessed through an automatic gate. All outdoor spaces are shared exclusively by guests staying in the two apartments.
Services
Both apartments feature an equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils. Bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, heating and a household cleaning kit are also included.
A small beach umbrella, sun loungers and a larger beach umbrella are also available for days by the sea. Private parking is included in the stay.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee. The property provides protective covers; however, guests should note that the garden is not fenced.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m., with the possibility of arranging different times depending on availability. An additional linen change can be requested.
