We are in the heart of the Costa Dorata, where the three apartments are located along the pedestrian lanes of the small, ancient fishing village, nestled on the rocks of the renowned Scaglieri beach.

The peaceful location and proximity to the sea allow guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday in harmony with the surrounding environment; the beach is in fact only 25 metres away (actual distance). The setting is unique, in one of the most exclusive locations on the Isola d’Elba, just a short walk from excellent seafront restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine and admire the magnificent fiery sunsets for which this area is known.

Thanks to the proximity of two other fine sandy beaches, Biodola and Forno, both 150 metres away on foot, the area offers visitors a corner of paradise of incomparable beauty and convenience. Trekking enthusiasts should note that the wonderful Sentiero della Salute starts from this location.

Two-bedroom apartment - 5 beds (50 m²)

Ground-floor apartment with an independent entrance, comprising a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, and a bathroom with shower.

Three-bedroom apartment - 6/8 beds (110 m²)

First-floor apartment with an independent entrance. The property is arranged over two levels; the first level comprises a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen. From the kitchen, crossing a covered terrace with a partial sea view (furnished with a table and chairs) and climbing a few more steps, you reach the second level, comprising a double bedroom with a partial sea view and ceiling fan, two further small bedrooms with twin beds (which can be joined together), and a bathroom with shower.
