Among the best-served villages on the west coast of Isola d'Elba, Pomonte is a charming village with ancient origins, where the crystal-clear sea so popular with tourists still blends with traditional village life.
Two pebble beaches overlooking Pianosa and Corsica, and granite rocks connecting the seabed to the Mediterranean scrub, which can be explored along numerous trails and was once covered with vineyards and dry-stone walls. A fresh spring where you can collect drinking water and small shops offering handcrafted products will allow you to forget about your car. The village also has a diving centre for snorkelling and scuba diving at the famous Elviscot wreck.
Casa del Faro
Once you arrive in Pomonte, Casa del Faro is just a short walk from the square, the lively heart of the village.
A large private terrace with a gate welcomes you, equipped for enjoying endless sea views and the red sunsets reflected on the rocky coastline, including a barbecue.
From here, you enter the airy one-bedroom apartment, divided into a bright living area with a table, kitchenette and sofa with two sleeping places, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a window and shower, accommodating up to five guests.
Casa del Faro is intimate and welcoming even during the low season and winter months, equipped with every comfort and suitable for couples and families.
The village beaches are 150 metres away, and to discover the nearby small coves and sandy beaches, including Fetovaia and Cavoli, you can simply take the bus that leaves from the square.

Casa dei Guzzi
Casa dei Guzzi is also located in the centre of the village and forms part of a semi-detached house with a fenced private garden.
From the entrance, you can access three spacious bedrooms overlooking the garden, which can be arranged according to your needs and accommodate up to eight guests. Large bathroom with a window and shower. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy outdoor dinners in a private setting. From here, you can access the outdoor shower, barbecue and large garden.
Equipped with independent heating, the house is welcoming even during the low season and winter months and is suitable for the needs of all families.
