The comfortable apartment is located in Via Filetto, in the green countryside of Marina di Campo, behind the pine grove where you can breathe clean air and relax completely.
The sea and the town are easily accessible by bicycle, (less than 5 minutes from the beach, which is approx. 800 m from the La Foce area, and approx. 2 km from the town centre).
THREE-ROOM APARTMENT "CYCAS" (sleeps 6)
The CYCAS apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of 3 rooms: a double bedroom, a small bedroom with 2 single beds, and an equipped kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a window and shower. Outside, a large covered porch is ideal for having lunch or dinner outdoors, sunbathing on the loungers, letting children play or relaxing; outdoor shower, use of the barbecue and masonry oven, parking space, bicycles (subject to availability), remote control for the automatic gate and front garden.
