The comfortable apartment is situated in Via Filetto, in the middle of the green countryside of Marina di Campo where you can breathe clean air in complete relaxation.

The sea and the town are easily accessible by bicycle (less than 5 minutes from the beach, which is approx. 800m from the apartments. Distance from the town center approx. 2 km).

The CYCAS Apartment is located on the ground floor and has 3 rooms: one double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen / living room equipped with a sofa bed. The bathroom has shower and window. Outside, a large covered porch allows you to have lunch/ dinner out, sunbathe on the sun loungers. Children can play or relax. Outdoor shower, use of barbecue and stone oven, parking, bicycles (subject to availability), remote control for automatic gate and front garden.
