Inside, it comprises: entrance into a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, sofa bed and TV (the newly installed kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and induction hob); the living room opens onto the outdoor area, where guests can dine and use a dedicated barbecue corner; the sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), 1 bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, washbasin, washing machine and window. The house is equipped with a Wi-Fi box, mosquito screens and outdoor furniture.
The property includes a private parking space. The apartment is one level above the parking area and is therefore accessed by a staircase of approximately 20 steps.
