Residence Villa Eden Loc. Morcone overlooks the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea directly in the splendid bay of Morcone, an ideal place to enjoy a unique holiday filled with relaxation, fun and new water-based experiences.
Located at the entrance to the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, at the foot of Monte Calamita, it blends harmoniously into the Mediterranean vegetation and offers comfortable apartments.
The bay, with a mixture of sand and gravel, is bordered on both sides by rugged cliffs. Arriving along the road that descends from the picturesque village of Capoliveri, just 3 km away, it is impossible not to stop and admire the beauty of the small cove from above, before noticing the two rocks standing guard a short distance away: the Gemini, a habitat for the yellow-legged gull, typical of Elba, and contemplating the transparency of the clear sea water, with its blue and green colours.
This is the first unforgettable image of our holiday village, and looking towards the horizon, almost imagining being able to touch it, you can see the inaccessible and wild island of Montecristo.

New building: 4 three-room apartments with independent entrances and an equipped, furnished terrace.
Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette. Every room is air-conditioned. Private parking in front of the ground-floor apartment, veranda with small garden. WIFI.
Each apartment also has a private outdoor shower.
Villa Eden Air
New building: 1 three-room apartment with independent entrance and an equipped 120 m² furnished terrace, approximately 10 m² of which is covered.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette and dishwasher, a 65” TV and digital terrestrial television. Every room is air-conditioned. Private parking in front of the apartment. WIFI.

Entertainment
From mid-June to early September, the entertainment staff organises the Kids Club.
Our award-winning diving centre organises a range of underwater experiences, with various items of equipment available for hire.
In the evening, the restaurant comes alive with our themed evenings:
