Each accommodation is surrounded by a charming garden filled with the scents of Mediterranean plants and colourful flowers, and has its own private entrance. Laundry and ironing room (small utility room outside the house)
At the rear of the villa, just a few metres from the apartments, there is a utility room where different types of washing can be carried out. It contains a washing machine, special units for placing items and another sink, where guests can keep their soaps and laundry before hanging them in the dedicated outdoor areas, where a drying rack is provided. A paid ironing service is also available.
Cleaning and sanitisation procedures
This property follows the regional standard sanitisation procedures set out in the "Regional Safe Hospitality Protocol" (Italy), together with the cleaning practices recommended by the European Holiday Home Association (Europe). Staff use masks and disposable gloves; each accommodation is provided with hand sanitiser and soap; hand sanitiser dispensers are available in the shared areas.
