The Appartamenti Villa Le Coste consist of two delightful one-bedroom apartments, set in a hilly area just one and a half kilometres from the sandy beach of Naregno, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The beaches of Morcone, Pareti, Straccoligno, Zuccale and Lido di Capoliveri are about 10 minutes away. The apartments are also close to the lively village of Capoliveri (about one kilometre away), a popular summer destination with a vibrant cultural and social scene.
The two apartments, managed directly by the owners, are furnished in a practical and comfortable style and feature heating for the winter months, a water tank ensuring a reliable water supply and a shaded parking space. Each apartment also has a private outdoor area, equipped for dining outside and enjoying dinner while admiring picturesque sunsets.
Located within a villa and each with its own independent entrance, they are ideal for guests wishing to spend their holidays between the sea and countryside in peace and relaxation.

Fully equipped kitchen/living room including crockery and cookware, refrigerator + freezer, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, flat-screen TV, single sofa bed and second pull-out bed, double bedroom with ceiling fan featuring a light and remote control, fully equipped bathroom with shower enclosure. Terrace with built-in barbecue, table, chairs and sun terrace with sun loungers. Bed linen and towels not included.
ROSA DEI VENTI ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT (2+1) changeover on Saturdays
Fully equipped kitchen including crockery and cookware, refrigerator with freezer compartment, conventional oven and microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, flat-screen TV, small double sofa bed, double bedroom with ceiling fan featuring a light and remote control, fully equipped bathroom with shower enclosure. Large, fully fenced private garden with built-in barbecue, gazebo with table and chairs, and sun loungers. Bed linen and towels not included.
