Appartamenti Villa Maria

Villa Maria is a complex of apartments surrounded by a green garden, located 200 metres from the sea in Peducelli, Capoliveri, between the beaches of Morcone and Madonna delle Grazie. Guests can enjoy a pleasant holiday with views over Golfo Stella and the islands of Pianosa and Corsica.

The accommodation includes studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments that can host up to 6 people. All apartments are independent and each has a sea-view veranda and an equipped garden.
Guests have access to a covered garage, outdoor showers, a washing machine and a barbecue for enjoyable evenings together.

Spend your holiday in a place boasting a beautiful setting and one of the most photographed sunsets. Fruit trees in the owners’ garden are also available to guests.

Arrival time: 4:00 pm.
Apartments must be vacated by 9:00 am.

Apartment types

Apts. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6: one-bedroom apartments of approximately 40 sq m for 2+2 guests.
Apts. 3, 8: two-bedroom apartments of over 60 sq m for a maximum of 6 guests, with a 15 sq m covered veranda.
Apts. 7, 9: two-bedroom apartments for 4 guests + 1 child up to 12 years old.
Apt. 10: studio apartment for 2 guests.

Small pets are allowed with the owners’ prior consent and for an additional charge.

A small supplement applies for cleaning, air conditioning and bed linen.
