The one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are located in a very convenient position, opposite the beautiful white sandy beach of Marina di Campo, in the town centre.
All services are within easy walking distance, so there is no need to use a car.
They are located on the second and top floor of a small building containing only four apartments, with an entrance on the town's main pedestrian street (the address is Via Roma 260).
They enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the garden of the family home, “an old lady from the early 1900s”, located next to the building: as the garden is not accessible, you need to walk around the block to reach the beach (less than 100 metres away).
The one-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) comprises a double bedroom, a living room with two beds (not sofa beds) and a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower enclosure and a balcony.
The two-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4/6) comprises a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower enclosure and a balcony.
The apartment balconies are not large, with room only for a small table for two and a drying rack, but the living rooms, with French doors and windows opening wide onto the garden and the sea, still offer a very pleasant setting comparable to a covered loggia.
All the properties have been recently renovated and carefully furnished: the floors are parquet, the furniture is new, and the kitchenettes are equipped with a four-burner gas hob, microwave and fridge with freezer. They do not have a conventional oven or dishwasher.
All legally required safety equipment is provided.
On the ground floor of the building containing the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, there is a washing machine that all guests may use free of charge.
The apartments are very cool and well ventilated, thanks to their position, and are also equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans: the one-bedroom apartment has one unit in the hallway serving both the double bedroom and the living room, while the two-bedroom apartment has two units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
They are very bright, as every room has large windows and French doors (including the bathrooms).
They are suitable for families, but not for groups of young people. As they are adjacent and located on the same landing, they are ideal for accommodating two families of friends.
Your “four-legged furry children” are also welcome in both apartments!
The beach opposite the apartments offers both large free beach areas and equipped areas (we are opposite the Il Capriccio beach club, with which we have an agreement).
As our properties are located in the pedestrian area, we cannot provide a parking space. However, about 100 metres away there are several free public car parks, where our guests have always found a space. Alternatively, it is possible to rent private parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
Via Roma – where the apartment entrance is located – is always closed to vehicle traffic. However, we can provide a permit for loading and unloading luggage on arrival and departure days.
Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen linen are provided only on request, at an additional cost of 25 euros per person.
We communicate with international guests in English.
After every check-out, the apartments are cleaned and sterilised. All objects, surfaces and furnishings are also cleaned and sanitised using alcohol- and bleach-based products.
