The two-room and three-room apartments are located in a very convenient position, directly in front of the beautiful white sandy beach of Marina di Campo, in the town center.
All services are easily reachable on foot and there is no need to use a car.
They are located on the second and top floor of a small building with only four apartments, with entrance on the main pedestrian street of the town (address: Via Roma 260).
They enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the garden of the family house, “an elderly lady from the early 1900s”, located next to the building: since it is not possible to access this garden, it is necessary to walk around the block to reach the beach (less than 100 meters).
The two-room apartment (4 beds) consists of a double bedroom, living room with two beds (not sofa beds) and kitchenette, bathroom with shower box and balcony.
The three-room apartment (4/6 beds) consists of a double bedroom, small bedroom with bunk bed, large living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower box and balcony.
The balconies are not large, only a small table for two people and a drying rack can fit, but the living rooms, with French windows and windows open onto the garden and the sea, still offer a very pleasant solution comparable to a loggia.
All properties have been recently renovated and carefully furnished: parquet flooring, new furniture, kitchenettes equipped with 4 gas burners, microwave oven and fridge with freezer. They are not equipped with oven and dishwasher.
All legally required safety devices are present.
On the ground floor of the building there is a washing machine available for all guests free of charge.
The apartments are very cool and well-ventilated, thanks to their position, and are also equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans: the two-room apartment has one split unit in the corridor serving both the bedroom and living room, the three-room apartment has two split units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
They are very bright, as all rooms have large windows and French windows (including bathrooms).
They are suitable for families but not for groups of young people, and being adjacent on the same landing, they are ideal for hosting two families of friends.
Your “four-legged furry friends” are also welcome in both apartments!
The beach in front of the apartments offers both large free beach areas and equipped beach establishments (we are in front of Il Capriccio beach establishment, with which we have an agreement).
As the properties are located in a pedestrian area, we cannot provide parking, but about 100 meters away there are several free public parking areas, where guests have always found a space. Alternatively, it is possible to rent private parking nearby.
Via Roma – where the apartments are located – is always closed to traffic. However, it is possible to obtain a permit for luggage loading/unloading on arrival and departure days.
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is provided only on request at an additional cost of 25 euros per person.
Communication with foreign guests is carried out in English.
After each check-out, the apartments are cleaned and sanitized. All objects, surfaces and furnishings are also disinfected with alcohol- and bleach-based products.
