We offer two apartments in a family mansion situated in a quiet area surrounded by green.
The Marina di Campo beach, that is one of the biggest of the island, is just 600 meters from the apartments and you can easily reach it by foot or by bike. We have two of them available for free.
You can also use the parking, the laundry, an outside shower and the barbecue.
Two-room apartment: 50 square meters and a porch useful to eat outside. Inside there is a living room with cooking area, tv color, dishwasher, bakery, microonde, fridge and freezer. two connected bedrooms, one with a double-bed and the other with a bunck-bed. Then you have the bathroom with the shower.
One-room apartment: 36 square meters the apartment is situated behind central houses of the mansion, in the garden zone with a large, private pergola, that is made with masonry and wood, where you can relax with sunbeds. Inside it’s decorated in a shabby style mixed with sea taste (finished in 2020). You can find a cooking area with tv color, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a sofa-bed for two (210x165) and another sofa-bed for one person.
