The apartment consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower enclosure.
It is equipped with all the main comforts, including a washing machine, air conditioning/heat pump in every room, and mosquito screens. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes cookware, oven, refrigerator, and freezer.
Outside, there is a private terrace and a convenient reserved parking space located directly in front of the entrance.
The property is ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests.
Pets are welcome, at no extra charge.
Final cleaning is included in the stay. Bed linen (sheets, towels, and shower towel) is available on request at the time of booking, with an additional fee payable on site at check-in.
Two bicycles are available for guests, free of charge.

During the high season, the apartment is rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday. In the low season, subject to availability, rentals for midweek stays are also possible.
