Two-room apartment for 2 persons: this lovely one-bedroom apartment of approximately 38 square metres, is at the first floor of a small building which is reached by an external staircase. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette (complete with four gas burners, fridge and electric oven); an area with a dining table, TV and a washing machine; a small bedroom with a double bed and TV; a bathroom with shower.
The flat is air-conditioned, refurbished, with nice, new and comfortable furnishings. Public parking space nearby.
