The Casa Barbara apartment has a large private parking space and an independent entrance to the garden outside the house, where guests can enjoy moments of complete relaxation, sipping a cool drink while comfortably reclining under the sun umbrella, or organise wonderful outdoor barbecues thanks to the built-in barbecue.
The rooms at Casa Barbara have all been recently renovated and both have a very bright French window providing access to the large terrace on the opposite side of the house, offering a splendid view over the bay of Sant'Andrea and, for hiking enthusiasts, over the mountains of the Monte Capanne granite massif.
The first bedroom has two single beds and a distinctive rustic-style fireplace that gives the room an elegant character. The double bedroom is spacious and bright and also offers the possibility of adding a third bed.
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with every comfort, including a four-burner gas hob, electric oven and large worktops made of local granite.
The new and functional bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and bathtub with shower.
Small pets are allowed.
