Our renovated flats are part of a country house that dates back to the early 1900s, days when the grave harvests and the sunsets, so typical of the Island of Elba, were the only signs that the days were passing.
The three-room apartment Rosa is located on the first floor, a five minute bike ride gets you to the beautiful, white sands beach of Marina di Campo, while if you cycle along the bicycle lane you will get to the town centre in only 10 minutes. There is a bread shop/bar/cake shop only 50 metres away.
The flats are in a peaceful and relaxing area in the heart of the countryside so there is hardly any traffic; guests have WiFi area, free use of bikes if they wish, washing machines, an outdoor shower, barbecue, a shared, wooden canopy if they want to eat outside and private parking space.

Located on the ground floor, this accommodation opens onto a private outdoor area, equipped with an umbrella, table, and chairs. The interior includes a kitchen with a dining area, a double bedroom, and a small bedroom that can accommodate one or two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and window. The apartment is equipped with pedestal fans with a remote control.
The country house also houses the Appartamenti Il Cipresso.
