The apartment is located about 3 km from Capoliveri, in the Pareti area, with a sea view. It is about 200 metres from Pareti and Morcone beaches, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes via a private staircase connecting the apartment to the municipal road.

The village of Capoliveri can be reached by shuttle service departing from the Pareti -Morcone junction, about  50 m from the apartment.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room with an extra bed and a bathroom with shower, for a total of 4+1 sleeping places; a cot for a child is also available.

The apartment also has a private equipped garden with barbecue, outdoor shower, table, sun umbrella and chairs for outdoor dining.

The view over Golfo Stella is enchanting and, on the clearest days, you can see the Island of Pianosa.
