The apartment is located on the top floor of a condominium complex in route of Parata, in Cavo. It is less than a kilometer from the center of the small fishing village, reachable by car from the provincial street 33 or, by walk (about 700 m ), with a pedestrian path that develops through woods and lemon gardens, before moving on to the houses of the country.
The panoramic position, 60 m above sea level, bordering the natural park, offers a splendid view of the sea as far as the Tuscan coast and an intense relationship with the surrounding nature.
In Cavo there are the main services, as well as the docking of ships from Piombino, there are a minimarket, a pharmacy, a newsagent, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. The small port welcomes pleasure boats and it is possible to rent boats and vehicles on wheels.
The town's beaches are within easy reach. The Frugoso, exposed to the mistral, Viale Kennedy and the Tamerici, along the promenade, San Bennato, sheltered from the sirocco, Cala delle Alghe, a small Eden. Nearby, but reachable by car, are the beaches of Fornacelle, Cala Seregola and Topinetti.
Thanks to its privileged location, our apartment enjoys a beautiful sea view. It consists of a large living area with kitchenette / dining area, and with a double sofa bed; the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower; it can accommodate up to 5 people. The shaded terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Equipment: Hot / cold air conditioning in every room, washing machine in the bathroom, television with satellite decoder, kitchen equipped with basic equipment of dishes and pots for induction electric plates, moka and capsule coffee machine, kettle, extendable table, wall safe.
To access, you go up one floor with an open flight of stairs. The parking space is reserved.
The condominium area offers the use of the swimming pool (which can be used in compliance with the building regulations), it is located in a central position with respect to the complex, easily visible from our apartment.
