Apartment measuring approximately 100 m², with panoramic views from 3 sides and beautiful views overlooking Marina di Campo, Montecristo, Pianosa and other islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. Situated in San Piero, a characteristic little hill town about 4.5 km from the beautiful bay of Marina di Campo and the sea.
Large three-roomed apartment comprising two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with TV, lounge with 21" TV and DVD player, fully-equipped kitchenette, washing machine, safe, bathroom with shower cubicle and balcony.
Car parking space, camp bed for children up to 3 years can be requested at time of booking free of charge, linen on request.
A small sun deck with wicker chairs and table is accessed from the bathroom.
The apartment "Tramontana" can heated by a modern, wood fired stove and is also available for winter rents (winter fuel supplied by the proprietor).
The proprietor's barbeque is available for guests to use.
San Piero is a characteristic hill town, full of history and yet in-keeping with the times where amenities range from pizzerias and restaurants to greengrocer's, bakery and butcher's shops, all within easy reach, just a few steps from the apartment. The newsagent's and tobacconist's are open daily.
For history lovers, the nearby Pisan Fortress and Church of San Nicolò as well as the splendid panorama from the Bel Vedere (where the apartment is located) can all be enjoyed.
A small children's playground is just a few yards from the apartment.
