Apartment of about 100 sqm, with panoramic views, open on 3 sides, with beautiful views of Marina di Campo, Montecristo, Pianosa and other islands of the archipelago. Located in San Piero, a characteristic hilltop village about 4.5 km from the beautiful gulf of Marina di Campo and the sea.
Spacious three-room apartment, consisting of two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with TV, living room with 21-inch colour TV and DVD player, kitchenette equipped with all comforts, washing machine, safe, bathroom with shower cubicle and terrace.
Small sun terrace with wicker armchairs and a small table, although accessed through the bathroom.
It is also possible to stay in the apartment during the winter months, as it is equipped with a modern wood-burning stove with oven (we provide the wood for winter heating).
Outdoor parking space and a camping cot for children up to 3 years old, available on request at the time of booking at no extra cost. Bed linen available on request.
On the ground floor, guests may use the owner's barbecue.
San Piero is a characteristic hilltop village, rich in history yet modern at the same time; here you can find everything from a pizzeria to a restaurant, a grocery shop with fruit and vegetables, a bakery and a butcher's shop, all easily accessible and just a short walk from the apartment. The tobacconist and newsagent are open every day.
For those who love history, there are also the Pisan Fortresses, the Church of San Nicolò and the splendid panorama from the Bel Vedere square (where the apartments are located).
