Appartamento Le Scalinate

This tiny apartment was renovated in great detail and is in a quiet and strategic position in the old part of Marina di Campo; it is only a short walk from the beach and from all the necessary facilities (bars, restaurants, grocery stores and general shops).

The room space may only be that of a boat but the comforts are those you find at home.

The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people and although it measures a mere 20 square metres the interior design is perfect and the style is that of a typical house on the port.

The double bed is 140 cm long and the glass, shower cabin, as well as the TV, are in the bedroom. The small kitchenette/dining area is complete with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, gas burners, crockery and pots and pans. There is also a small bathroom in the flat with a window, WC, wash basin, mirror and magnifying glass.

The flat has air conditioning and/or heating, and if needed, there are also two bicycles available.

Since the apartment is within a ZTL (Limited Traffic Area) in the months of June, July, August and September, we provide a private parking space just off the apartment so you will be free to use and park your car whenever it suits you.

In low season, when there are fewer tourists and less traffic, you may park in one of the public car parks that are approximately 400 metres from the apartment.

We ask you to pay a cash deposit of 100€ on your arrival.
