This small finely renovated apartment is located in a strategic, quiet and privileged position in the historic centre of Marina di Campo, just a few steps from the beach and all services (bars, grocery shops, shops, restaurants).
The spaces are those of a boat, the comforts those of a home.
The layout of this one-bedroom apartment of just 20 m² is typical of the historic houses around the harbour. It is suitable for only 2 people, given the limited space, although everything has been specifically organised to make the most of it.
The bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and an open shower with a glass enclosure; the TV is also located here. The small room used as a kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, gas hob, pots and pans and tableware. Finally, there is a small bathroom with a window, bathroom fixtures, a mirror and a magnifying mirror.
The apartment has air conditioning/heat pump; two bicycles are also provided.
We are in a night-time limited traffic zone during the months of June, July, August and September, and only during this period do we provide private parking outside this area, so that the car can be used at any time.
During the other months of the year, when there are fewer tourists, it is possible to park in the public car parks located about 400 m from the apartment.
A €100 security deposit is required, payable in cash upon arrival.
