The Marzia Apartments are located in a magnificent, quite and relaxing position in an old fishermen village located in the historic centre of the town of Marina di Campo. They are 50 m far from the first square where the port starts and from here you can see fishermen and tourists arriving and leaving.

At about 200 metres, there is the most beautiful and longest beach of the Elba Island and at just 10 minutes walk there is the centre, where you can find shops, public premises and typical infrastructures of a sea-town.

A two floor apartment in a quite position, made up of a hallway with an ample living room, dining table with 6 chairs + an armchair, TV set + sofa bed (which can be left opened because of the ampleness of the living room), kitchen with kitchenette, washing machine and refrigerator, bathroom with shower. At the first floor there is an access room with a single bed, a toilet room, an ample room with a double and a single bed. Furniture is in Tuscan style. All beds are staffed and have orthopaedic mattresses. At the entrance there is a small garden surrounded by iron planters, 4 chairs, garden umbrella, which makes you relax while reading in the shadow.
Warm/cold air conditioned system. There is a 1500 litre water tank. Pets not admitted.
