The apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Capoliveri, one of the most characteristic and active centers of Elba, full of charm and history.
The village stands on a hill and still has the appearance of the medieval village with its narrow and picturesque alleys that hide small artisan shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional dishes of Elba or a good glass of wine.
We advise you to visit the surroundings of Capoliveri, as the area of Mount Calamita, a promontory full of trails with wonderful views of the sea that offers ideal routes for walks, hiking and mountain biking, along the famous routes of the Capoliveri Legend Cup.
The coast is very beautiful, with many coves and small bays characterized by crystal clear sea and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation such as the small beaches of Morcone, Pareti, Innamorata, Zuccale and Barabarca or as the quiet ones of Naregno, Madonna delle Grazie, Felciaio, Norsi or the biggest of Lacona, Lido and Margidore.

"Nel Cuore di Capoliveri" is a studio apartment of about 40 square meters on the ground floor of a historic building in the center, in a typical alley of Capoliveri.
It consists of a single room on two levels: on the ground floor there is the living area with kitchenette (complete with 4 gas burners, refrigerator with small freezer, oven and microwave) and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a double bed and a small single bed.
The apartment is equipped with TV, air conditioning, wi-fi, and it has a modern, nice and comfortable furniture.
The private parking space is at about 350 meters.
