The Polpo Blu apartment is located on the second floor of a building next to the lively center of Capoliveri, just 20 meters from the beginning of the pedestrian zone.
This is a newly renovated one-bedroom apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a small windowless bathroom equipped with a washing machine, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette.
It also has a bale, ideal for lunches and aperitifs with a beautiful view of the sea.
The apartment is particularly breezy thanks to the island's natural breeze, with a light lively in the morning and pleasant shade in the afternoon.
It is equipped with a convenient private parking lot accessible by remote control entrance.

The Polpo Blu apartment is the starting point of a beautiful flat walk of about 10 kilometers. In the immediate vicinity, a bike rental service allows e-bikes to be rented for venturing on exciting excursions to Mount Calamita (also behind the house) along the trails of the World Cup mountain bike circuit.
The apartment is located a short distance from several sandy beaches, which are easily accessible via a convenient shuttle bus service for a fee. In addition, you can discover other wonderful beaches on the island, including some with white sand, black sand, or characterized by white pebbles, as well as a beach with a wreck to explore. These beaches are easily accessible by car.
