The apartment is located in the commune of Capoliveri at about 1,5 Km from the beach of Lacona in a green and panoramic area with view on the sea. It is situated at the ground floor, and the proprietors live on the upper floor.
The apartment has two-rooms, and sleeps 2 people, composed of a master bedroom, hall/living room, bath with shower, colour TV, refrigerator, kitchenette, and wide and shaded garden with the possibility to eat outside.
There is a sink outside, private barbecue, internal parking space for cars, all enclosed with a large green area and flowering plants. The entrance has a gate that opens automatically with a remote control.
The apartment is located at about a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk from the big beach of Lacona and being in the central area of the Island, it is possible to reach, with a 10 minute drive, numerous beaches of sand and white gravel. Mini-market and bar are at about 500 metres.
Pets are not allowed. It is furnished with heating system, so it can be rented also during low season. Open all year round.
