Casa Roberta Apartament Capoliveri

The apartments of Casa Roberta, are in the municipality of Capoliveri in the small and quiet village of Madonna Delle Grazie. So quiet that in the eighteenth century, this place was chosen as a refuge for the Augustinian friars returning from the island of Montecristo and for the hospitality received erected the sanctuary where inside there is a table of high value of which it is said that the draft of the drawing belonged to Michelangelo Buonarroti.

The apartments were built in the 80s but every year they undergo restructuring renovations to adapt them to the needs of our days. There are four apartments: one with two bedrooms and three with one bedroom. They all have independent entrance and outdoor space as well as a large common area where there is a garden with barbecue and outdoor shower. Ideal for families with two raggazzi the one-bedroom apartments and for adults the two-bedroom apartment.

Casa Roberta is located two hundred meters from the beach of Madonna delle Grazie, nice and small size characterized by mixed gravel sand where in the evening you can admire the magnificent sunsets over the Golfo Stella. Also on foot you can reach the coast, where there are small bays and inlets where you can relax in peace.

The property of Casa Roberta, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation and pine woods, houses other rooms of the Bartolini family, accommodation in villas and in lovely newly built apartments like Villa Artemide.

The village is 1.7 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by car where guests can take advantage of a private parking otherwise they can always reach the village along the historic path that leads from the Sanctuary to the main square of Capoliveri.
