Casa Titina e Antonio is located in Marina di Campo, in the municipality of Campo nell’Elba, a charming town overlooking the southern coast of the Island of Elba.

The house is only 350 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo, which is about 2 km long.

In addition to the paved entrance with automatic gate, the property offers a garden ideal for spending pleasant evenings outdoors, a convenient barbecue area, and private covered parking.

The house consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen with double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower enclosure. Air conditioning, TV in both the bedroom and the kitchen, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans in the bedroom are provided.

Outside, there is a furnished terrace with table and chairs, protected by a retractable awning. In the garden, guests can use sun loungers, table, chairs and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A shared washing machine is available outside (€3.00 per wash).

Bed linen is not included and must be provided by guests; bedroom and bathroom linen kits are available for rent.
