The “Villa Anna” residence, set in a charming country house, is surrounded by the greenery and tranquillity of Mediterranean nature, with 3,500 sq m of well-kept and equipped garden, halfway between the northern coast with Procchio beach 3 km away and the southern coast with Marina di Campo beach 3 km away.

There are 4 accommodation units:

• One-bedroom apartment for 2 people consisting of a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
• Two-bedroom apartment for 4-5 people consisting of two double bedrooms, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and one bathroom.
• Three-bedroom apartment for 6 people consisting of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is inside the largest bedroom, kitchen and living room.
• Two-bedroom apartment for 4 people with two double bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room.

All accommodation units have hot/cold air conditioning, WI-FI, free use of the washing machine in the laundry room and are surrounded by a well-kept and equipped patio-garden for outdoor dining, with the possibility of using a barbecue.

Guests have access to shaded car parking within the property. On request, bathroom and bed linen can be rented for €20 per person.

Stays are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.
