Located in a beautiful pine grove just 400 metres from the renowned sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri, Dependance Lido di Capoliveri offers a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere.
The villa has two ground-floor apartments, Agave and Aloe, both with a private veranda equipped with a table for outdoor dining, deckchairs, sun loungers and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
Inside, the apartments offer every comfort: air conditioning, TV in the bedroom and living room, bathroom with shower enclosure and hairdryer, safe, iron and private parking with automatic gate. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a full-height refrigerator, separate freezer, four-burner hob and electric oven. The Agave apartment also has a dishwasher and washing machine for even greater comfort.
Large windows offer views of the beauty of the surrounding pine grove and the garden.
Dependance Lido di Capoliveri is in a strategic location, about 5 kilometres from the charming village of Capoliveri and just 4.5 kilometres from Porto Azzurro, two of the most picturesque places on Isola d’Elba. Just a short walk from the villa there are minimarkets, restaurants and beach bars.
Dependance Lido offers all guests, for the entire duration of their stay (except during the peak season), a reserved spot with beach umbrella and sun loungers at the Elba in Love beach establishments, located on the beautiful beaches of Capoliveri. Guests can also enjoy all the amenities offered by the beach establishments, including parking, changing cabins, showers, canoe, pedal boat and SUP hire, as well as bars and restaurants.
