La Casa di Tonina Apartament Portoferraio

The recently renovated apartment is very snug and comfortable and is part of a country house; it is in a quiet and peaceful area not far from the old part of Portoferraio.

The apartment is on the first floor and consists of: 

• a spacious sitting room with a dining table and complete with an open fire;
• a kitchenette complete with all the electrical appliances and crockery;
• two spacious double bedrooms with large wardrobes;
• one bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined together if necessary);
• two bathrooms each with shower and window.

There is air conditioning in all three bedrooms as well as in the sitting room, and there is also a terrace where you can hang out your washing and where you have the use of a small table complete with two chairs.

If they wish, guests may use the barbecue  outside under the portico and where they can cool off in the shade of a large mimosa tree and where they will also find a large dining table; the garden - at the sole disposal of our guests -  measures 2000 square metres so it is perfect if they wish to sit outside and relax. There are also private parking spaces on the property.

A short drive will take you to some of Elba’s most beautiful beaches like Biodola, Capo Bianco, Fetovaia and Lacona and where you will also find several restaurants and supermarkets. Le Ghiaie beach is only 2 kilometres away.

At a distance of only 500 metres you can hire a boat at the tiny port of San Giovanni. In the old part of Portoferraio, from where Napoleon’s villa sits at a distance of only 3 kilometres, you will also find many shops along the sea front.

The apartment is suitable for three couples or for families.
