The Villa, on two floors, is subdivided into 5 apartments of 42 square metres each, with all conveniences, overlooking the Bay of Pareti.
They consist of double bedroom, living-room with sofa bed and kitchen facilities, bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, SKY TV, internet Wi-Fi and safe.
Furnished private outdoor area. 
Guests have the use of private car parking, a launderette and a children’s play area.

The Depandance, with sea view, is an independent apartment of 40 square metres. 
It consist of double bedroom, living-room with sofa bed and kitchen facilities, bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, SKY TV, internet Wi-Fi and safe. 
Furnished private outdoor area. Guests have the use of private car parking, a launderette and a children’s play area.
