It is a pretty detached house, in Elba Island, the treasure of our Tuscan Archipelago. The house is divided into two flats (Il Pino and La Quercia), that have been furnished and decorated with care.
Is situated in a 1.000 square metres private space with trees and oleander hedges, therefore each apartment has a large private garden equipped with barbecue, open shour, sunbeds, table and chairs. La Quercia private garden is completely fenced. Le Casette del Lido are detached from other houses and from the street, that nonetheless is not too far away.
The two 40 square metres flats have a living-room with kitchen and two single day-couches, a bedroom for two persons, a bathroom with shour.
The house is located at a 500 mt distance from one of the most beautiful beaches of Elba Island: Lido di Capoliveri. At a short distance, a supermarket, restaurants, and stores of various kinds can also be found.
The closest towns are Capoliveri (8 km.) and Portoferraio (12 km).
