The property lies in a large Mediterranean bush on the western point of Spartaia Bay with direct access to the beach of Spartaia and to the rocky shores via easy walk paths (40mts away). The property is situated about 1km from the little town of Procchio were restaurants and shops for basics are found and 5 km from Marciana Marina. The property is entirely fenced.

Rustico - 5 people
The “Rustico” cottage a very peculiar house built at the beginning of 1900, is composed by a main living room with a double bed, a small dining table and tv , a single bedroom, another bedroom with a bunk bed (two beds one on top of the other), a small changing room leads to the toilet with shower, a kitchen. The house has no internal doors but the rooms are separated by curtains (except for the toilet). Total 5 sleeps. Outdoor rainfall shower available with hot water.
In front of the house there is a patio with a dining table under a big sun umbrella and 2 sun beds. There is also another table where guests love to have breakfast at, that is overlooking the sea amidst the bush of exclusive use of the cottage guests. A second terrace with sunbeds overlooks the Paolina island.

Two rooms apartment - 3+1 people
The 2 rooms apartment is located on the ground floor of the main house, it is composed by a living room with a small kitchen area with a dining table, TV, a room with a double bed room and a sofa bed, a toilet with a shower.
We can also add a cradle / baby coat if needed. The main door opens to a covered patio with seaview with a dining table and 2 sun beds of exclusive use of the guests. Outdoor shower available.
