Villa Acquamarina is part of the Le Stelle di Lacona complex and occupies a particularly charming position at the foot of the Capo di Stella promontory, within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. Overlooking Lacona beach, the property is set in a natural environment where the greenery of the pine forest meets the sea directly.
Here, the boundary between the house, garden and beach almost seems to disappear. From the villa, in fact, the outdoor areas descend towards the shoreline through a private pine forest, creating a natural continuity between the apartments and the bay.
The outdoor area is one of the features that most characterise Villa Acquamarina. The panoramic terraces, furnished corners and shaded areas under the pine trees are designed to be enjoyed from morning until evening. The tables allow guests to organise breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors, while the sun loungers and the living area in the pine forest provide a private space for reading, relaxing or simply stopping to admire the sea.
The villa includes two independent apartments, differing in size and accommodation capacity.
Gambero Apartment: The apartment has 4 beds and is suitable for a family or a small group.
Stella Apartment: Stella, the larger apartment, can accommodate up to 6+2 people and is also suitable for two families or groups of friends who wish to stay together while enjoying comfortable and well-organised spaces.
Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens and numerous useful services for an independent and comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heat pump, washing machine, induction hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, satellite TV and Smart TV, safe and private parking. Pets are allowed, making it possible to share the holiday with your four-legged friend as well.
Lacona beach is located directly below the property and can be reached by crossing the private pine forest. It is one of the widest and best-known beaches on the Island of Elba, appreciated for its golden sand, large open spaces and shallow, sandy seabed, which makes it particularly suitable for families with children.
The location allows guests to enjoy the sea with great freedom: it is easy to return to the apartment during the day, have lunch on the terrace or alternate time on the beach with moments of relaxation in the shade of the pine trees. To observe the coast from another perspective, guests can also use the kayaks provided by the property and explore the calm waters of the gulf.
The possibility of accessing the camping swimming pool completes the offer, providing an additional opportunity to vary the days and enjoy a few hours of relaxation in the water even away from the beach.
Villa Acquamarina maintains a direct and continuous connection with the surrounding landscape. The private pine forest, the terraces overlooking the gulf, the independent apartments and the beach just below the house define a way of experiencing a holiday made of open spaces, slow rhythms and days marked by the sea.
