Oasi Vacanza

"Casa Grande" is a beautiful two-storey villa surrounded by pine trees and oleanders. It is located in a peaceful countryside setting and is home to the Passiflora and Bouganville apartments.

Passiflora Apartment

Located on the first floor, this apartment features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a balcony. It is equipped with air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, ironing board and iron, two TVs, a hairdryer, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

It also offers a large furnished outdoor area for dining and relaxing, complete with a stone barbecue, as well as shared parking spaces with the Bouganville apartment. Guests also have access to a children's playground and free bicycles.

The apartment is ideal for families of 5 to 7 people. It is not suitable for groups of young people.

Small pets are allowed upon prior agreement.

During July and August, rentals are available from Sunday to Sunday. In June and September, the minimum stay is 6 nights, while in May and October it is at least 4 nights. Discounts are available for longer stays.

A security deposit of €250 is required upon arrival, payable in cash and acknowledged with a receipt. A regular tourist rental agreement is also provided.

Bouganville Apartment

Located on the raised ground floor, the Bouganville apartment features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and two balconies. It is equipped with ceiling fans and portable fans, a washing machine, ironing board and iron, two TVs, a hairdryer, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

It has a private furnished outdoor area, illuminated for outdoor dining, with a stone barbecue and shared parking spaces with the Passiflora apartment. Guests also have access to a children's playground and free bicycles.

The Bouganville apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is not suitable for groups of young people.

Villetta Arancio

Villetta Arancio is a cool and peaceful retreat, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious refrigerator, toaster, microwave and new electric mini oven.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, while the second bedroom features a comfortable built-in three-quarter-size raised bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, and there is also a small service bathroom. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

Outside, there is a pleasant shaded veranda, perfect for dining and relaxing.

Villetta Arancio is ideal for a small family of four or for one or two couples travelling together.
