Casa Grande is a magnificent two-story villa nestled among pines and oleanders. It is located in a quiet countryside area and houses the Passiflora and Bouganville apartments.
Passiflora Apartment
Located on the first floor, this apartment features 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, and a balcony. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, two TVs, a hairdryer, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
It also has a large outdoor area set up for dining and relaxing, with a stone barbecue and several parking spaces in a shared lot with the Bouganville apartment. It also features a children's play area and free use of bicycles.
The apartment is ideal for families of 5-7 people. Not suitable for groups of young people, for whom we recommend Villa Arancio.
Small pets allowed upon agreement.
We rent from Sunday to Sunday in July and August. In June and September, the minimum stay is 6 nights, while in May and October it is at least 4 nights. Long-term discounts available.
A security deposit of 250 euros is required on arrival, payable in cash and accompanied by a receipt. We also provide a regular tourist rental contract.
Bouganville Apartment
Located on the raised ground floor, the Bouganville apartment consists of 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, and two balconies. It is equipped with ceiling fans and ventilators, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, two TVs, a hairdryer, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
It has an exclusive outdoor dining area that is lit and equipped with a stone barbecue and parking in the shared lot with the Passiflora apartment. It also features a children's play area and free use of bicycles.
The Bouganville apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. It is not suitable for groups of young people, for whom we have Villa Arancio available.

Arancio Villa
The Arancio Villa is a cool and tranquil oasis, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and a new microwave. The main bedroom offers a double bed and a bunk bed, while a second small room has a comfortably high built-in bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and there is also a small guest bathroom. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Outside, there is a pleasant, cool veranda for dining and relaxing.
Arancio Villa is ideal for a small family of four or for one or two couples of friends.
