Let yourself be enchanted by a modern building divided into 16 apartments, set between sky and sea and suspended above the gulf, from which you can admire the Scoglietto islet and part of the Medicean Fortress.
We offer our guests an outstanding proposal of excellence for the island's main town, where the central concept is to pay tribute to the incredible Padulella beach, one of the most loved and sought-after on the entire territory.
This white pebble beach is renowned for the clarity of its sea and, being part of the Biological Protection Zone together with its sisters Cala dei Frati and Ghiaie, it offers stunning views with a heavenly balance of colours. Located on the northern side, with southerly winds it turns into a real swimming pool: the urge to dive in will become irresistible! The scents are particularly intense, especially in spring, and its seabeds, teeming with little fish, make it a perfect spot for snorkelling or for letting yourself be lulled on an air mattress by the waves.
Although it is not especially long, it is among the most renowned beaches on the Island of Elba, also thanks to the many services it offers: here you will find a bar with catering service, an equipped lido with sunbeds and umbrellas, and pedal boat hire.
It suits every taste, with options ranging from studio apartments to apartments with several bedrooms, spread over the building's three different floors (which is of course equipped with a lift).
Ground Floor
Two-room apartment 2/4 beds – Interior, Right
It is located inside the Hall, on the more private right-hand side. It offers a modern kitchen and living area with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment enjoys an exclusive-use outdoor space on the inner side of the bedroom.
Two-room apartment 2/4 beds – Interior, Left
It is located inside the Hall. It offers a modern kitchen and living area with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access a small equipped outdoor space at the front, used as a passageway.
Two-room apartment 2/4 beds – Exterior G
It is located outside the Hall, on a corner, with a large exclusive-use entrance terrace. It offers a modern kitchen and living area with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In compliance with current regulations, this is one of the two apartments accessible to people with disabilities or to elderly guests with reduced mobility.
Studio for 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children – Exterior F
It is located outside the Hall, with a large exclusive-use entrance terrace. It consists of a single room featuring a modern kitchen, dining area and a double sofa bed with TV, as well as a double bed with a skylight in the ceiling. Large bathroom with shower.
Two-room apartment 2/4 beds – Exterior E
It is located outside the Hall, on a corner, with a large exclusive-use entrance terrace. It offers a modern kitchen and living area with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In compliance with current regulations, this is one of the two apartments accessible to people with disabilities or to elderly guests with reduced mobility.
Small two-room apartment 2/3 beds – Exterior N
It is located outside the Hall. It consists of a modern galley-style kitchen, a dining area and a single sofa bed with TV, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Internally identical apartments: the sea view and the size of the terraces vary.
Three-room apartments A – 4/6 beds
The living area features a modern kitchen, a dining area and a double sofa bed with TV. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which gives access to a large, more lateral sea-view terrace. Large bathroom with shower cubicle.
Two-room apartments B – 2/4 beds

Third Floor
Right-side Penthouse 5/7 – Sea view with an incredible terrace
Internally composed of three bedrooms: two doubles (one with a view) and a single attic room. Large living area facing the sea with a double sofa bed and a modern kitchen. Single bathroom with shower cubicle.
Left-side Penthouse 4/5 – Sea view with an incredible terrace
Internally composed of two bedrooms: one double with an en-suite service bathroom, and a twin attic room. Large living room with a kitchen facing the sea and a single sofa bed. Second bathroom with shower.
Important notes
- Registration is required even if there is no overnight stay, but only a short stop (even less than one hour); guests must therefore notify us in advance of any visitors present at the property.
- Check-in at the property from 4:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m.
- Free luggage storage on arrival; likewise, you can enjoy one last moment by the sea on your departure day.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €250.00.
Bed and bath linen
Linen is not included in the stay and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival, or it can be brought by guests themselves.
- Double set (also for single use): €40
- Single set: €20
- The set includes both sheets and towels.
Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days of the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash and will be refunded at departure, if scheduled after 3:00 p.m. (the time needed for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Credit card can also be used; however, release times depend on the procedures of the banking circuit involved.
