Trilocale Dal Catta is located in Marina di Campo, one of the most popular and lively seaside resorts on the Island of Elba, appreciated for its long sandy beach, the seafront promenade, the services available and an atmosphere suitable both for families and for those looking for a dynamic holiday.
The apartment is part of a complex consisting of three ground-floor apartments, all with independent entrance, directly managed by the owners.
The location allows guests to enjoy a comfortable holiday, with the possibility to reach Marina di Campo beach on foot, as well as the town centre, the pinewood equipped with a children’s playground, restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops, without the need to use a car. The beach is in fact only about 350 metres away, while the bus stop is located less than 300 metres from the property.
The area is particularly appreciated by families with children, couples and groups of friends wishing to stay close to the sea and to the main tourist services of Marina di Campo, one of the most sought-after destinations on Elba during the summer season.
The three-room apartment, suitable for up to 5 guests, offers spacious and functional interiors. Inside there is a kitchen living room equipped with oven, large refrigerator, double sink and dining table. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with double bed and single bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large private area covered by a masonry canopy, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a private outdoor shower with hot water, sun loungers in the shade of lemon trees, a barbecue equipped with grill, sink, clothes drying rack and clothespins.

Guests with an afternoon ferry departure may leave their car and luggage even after check-out, allowing them to spend a few more hours at the beach before departure. The outdoor shower with hot water also remains available, particularly convenient after the beach and before travelling back home.
Important notes
Registration of all persons staying at the property is mandatory, even in the case of short stays without overnight accommodation (including stays shorter than one hour). Any additional guests must be communicated in advance.

Arrivals and departures
- During high season the apartment is available for stays from Sunday to Sunday.
- In the periods before and after high season, short stays of at least 2 nights and midweek arrivals or departures are also possible, subject to availability.
Information and agreements
For guests travelling with pets, small pets are allowed with a supplement.
The property has agreements with the dog-friendly beach establishments Bagni Da Gabriele and Bagni C75, both easily reachable on foot.
An agreement is also available with The Bark Side – Centro Cinofilo Isola d’Elba, offering services dedicated to dogs such as exercise area, swimming pool and dog daycare, particularly useful during excursions or visits to places not accessible to animals, such as Pianosa Island.
The property also provides discounts on ferry tickets for Moby, Toremar and Blu Navy through dedicated agreements.
