Didoro Villa – nature&balance

Didoro Villa is a small building that is perfect for a relaxing, well balanced holiday in the heart of nature where the lush greenery all around ensures you restore both your body and your mind. It sits near the longest beach in Elba, and the town of Marina di Campo is only 1,7 km away while the town centre is at a distance of only 3 km. A short drive will get you to other nearby beaches in the central-western part of the island as well as the characteristic sea and hill towns that you can discover above all in the evening.

The building you know today is the result of significant renovation work carried out on the entire building that took two years to complete.

It is on the ground floor and consists of three very new apartments:

• Iperico
• Elicristo
• Caprifoglio

Each apartment consists of: a shaded outdoor area under a gazebo with a table, chairs and sun beds, a barbecue, private parking space, WIFI and TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets on windows and doors, shutters on the windows if you wish complete darkness.

Iperico

The building has a spacious open space area that measures over 40 square metres; it is bright and fresh thanks to the stained glass windows and consists of a living room, kitchen and dining area. It also has two bed settees, one that can be made into a large double bed and the other a smaller double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, and fridge, and includes pots&pans and crockery.

The bathroom has a window and includes a glass shower cabin, hairdryer if needed. Just go up 4 steps and you have your bedroom that is separate from the dining area and also has access from the external area.

Elicriso

The apartment is on one floor and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as the kitchen and dining area.

One of the bedrooms sleeps 3 (one double bed and one single bed), while the other bedroom sleeps 2; it consists of a double bed with private bathroom (no window), wc and glass shower cabin. Both bedrooms in the Elicristo have access from the external area.

The main bathroom has a window and comes complete with wc, glass shower cabin, hairdryer and washing machine.

The kitchen and dining area also has a single-bed settee and comes complete with an induction hob, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and pots&pans and crockery.

Caprifoglio

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living and dining area and a kitchenette. One of the bedrooms sleeps 3 and consists of one double bed and one sofa bed; it also has a private bathroom and access from the external area thanks to the French window.

The other bedroom in the Caprifoglio has a double bed and like the other bedroom has access from the external area.

The living room has a double-bed settee, the kitchen has an induction hob, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and pots&pans and crockery. There is also a small corridor with a washing machine.

Both bathrooms have a window and consist of wc, glass shower cabin and hairdryer if needed.

This apartment has 2 outdoor areas: one opposite the living area that represents the main entrance, and the other with access to the bedroom that if wished can be independent.
