At the same time from the villa you can reach in few minutes by car or by public shuttle bus, many beaches that dot the cape of Capoliveri, thus having the possibility of a different view every day as Barabarca, Zuccale, Morcone, Innamorata, Madonna delle Grazie, Naregno.
Lush little gardens surround the building with fountains with some barbecues for many relaxing and pleasant summer evenings.
