Villa Prestige is a very recently built property (opened in May 2024). It is located just 300 metres from the beautiful fine sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri, an area famous for its crystal-clear waters and enchanting bay, one of the most renowned and sought-after on the island.
At Lido di Capoliveri, you will find a wide range of services, including beach clubs, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, amusement arcades and much more. The central location makes it possible to reach in just 5 minutes by car Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, about 4 km away.
Villa Prestige is surrounded by an enchanting garden full of colours, where greenery takes centre stage in every corner. The apartments, all with views of the swimming pool, are characterised by timeless elegance, a unique style and great attention to detail. Villa Prestige was created with a passion for style, relaxation and attention to every small detail.
The accommodation consists of spacious studio apartments and one-bedroom apartments, featuring large windows that make the spaces bright and welcoming. The apartments on the first floor of the property feature terraces of up to 40 square metres, while those on the ground floor offer fully equipped private verandas, ideal for spending pleasant moments outdoors, dining outside or relaxing with a good book.
Every guest can enjoy a large sun terrace and hot tub, as well as the fantastic swimming pool, which has also been recently built.
The bathrooms are spacious, carefully furnished and feature large glass showers.
Each accommodation is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, latest-generation flat-screen TV (in the one-bedroom apartments, both in the bedroom and living room), safe, hairdryer, iron, free Wi-Fi connection, parking, linen included and daily cleaning service, all to ensure maximum relaxation and comfort for our guests.
A large car park is available within the property.

Beach services
Villa Prestige offers all guests, for the duration of their stay (except during the peak season), a beach spot with sun umbrella and loungers at the Elba in Love beach clubs, located on the beautiful beaches of Capoliveri. Guests can also benefit from all the facilities offered by the beach clubs, including parking, changing cabins, showers, canoe, pedal boat and SUP hire, as well as bars and restaurants.
