Villa Prestige is a very recently built structure (inaugurated in May 2024). It is located just 300 meters from the beautiful fine sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri, a location famous for its crystal-clear waters and enchanting bay, among the most renowned and sought-after on the island.
In Lido di Capoliveri, you will find a wide range of services, including beach facilities, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, game rooms, and much more. The central location of the place allows you to reach the towns of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro in just 5 minutes by car, about 4 km away.
Villa Prestige is surrounded by a charming garden full of colors, where greenery is the protagonist in every corner. The apartments, all with pool views, are characterized by timeless elegance, unique style, and great attention to detail. The creation of Villa Prestige was guided by a passion for style, relaxation, and care for every small detail.
The accommodations consist of spacious studios and one-bedroom apartments, characterized by large windows that make the spaces bright and welcoming. The first-floor apartments feature terraces that extend up to 40 square meters, while those on the ground floor offer fully equipped private verandas, ideal for spending pleasant moments outdoors, eating alfresco, or relaxing with a good book.
Each guest can enjoy a large solarium and hot tub, as well as the fantastic recently built pool.
The bathrooms are spacious, carefully furnished, and equipped with large crystal showers.
Each accommodation has independent air conditioning, latest generation flat-screen TV (in one-bedroom apartments both in the bedroom and living room), safe, hairdryer, iron, free Wi-Fi, parking, included linen, and daily cleaning service, all to ensure maximum relaxation and comfort for our guests.
There is a large parking area within the property.
Pets are allowed upon request.
Beach Services
Villa Prestige offers all guests, for the duration of their stay (except during the peak season), a reserved spot with an umbrella and sun loungers at the Elba in Love beach clubs, located on the beautiful beaches of Capoliveri. Guests can also enjoy all the comforts provided by the beach clubs, including parking, cabins, showers, canoe, pedal boat, and SUP rentals, as well as bars and restaurants.
