The green Mediterranean scrub blends with the grey granite rocks that gently lead to the beginning of the beach. Yet only a few km separate you from the lively and well-equipped centre of Marina di Campo (3 km), where in addition to basic services (supermarkets, shops, diving centre, evening markets), you can spend warm summer evenings enjoying pleasant musical and cultural entertainment.
Cavoli beach, equipped with sun umbrellas and deckchairs and lively during the day, transforms in the evening into a splendid setting where the tranquillity of the Gulf offers unforgettable sunsets and starry skies. You will experience the true atmosphere that only an ISLAND can offer!
Located just a few metres from the beach (approx. 30 m), the cottage has: entrance and brand-new fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher; two brand-new bedrooms with two double beds, bathroom with shower enclosure and window; both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Beautiful covered veranda equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs, hanging chair and hammock; an outdoor travertine shower, sun terrace and a section of fenced garden complete the property.
