The house, recently renovated, consists of 3 apartments and 18 rooms, all with private bathroom and balcony. The property has a well-equipped and comfortable bar as well as a beautiful swimming pool. It has an air-conditioned indoor room for buffet breakfasts, a large terrace for outdoor breakfasts, shaded parking and Wi-Fi service for Internet access.  Linen is provided and a daily cleaning service is available. 

Naregno beach, just over 100 metres from the rooms, is a sandy beach about 500 metres long, partly free beach and partly managed by small beach establishments. A sailing centre and diving centre are available for water sports enthusiasts.
Naregno is served by a convenient Taxi Boat service, which during the summer months runs between Naregno and Porto Azzurro both during the day and in the evening, allowing you to leave your car in the car park and travel there and back by boat without stress. 

The town of Capoliveri is about 3 kilometres from Naregno and is connected by a shuttle bus service until after midnight.
