B&B Villa Costanza

B&B Villa Costanza is located in Lacona, in a sunny and peaceful setting offering a beautiful sea view over two gulfs. Its central location on the island is ideal for travelling in all directions and makes it possible to reach some of Elba's most interesting towns, such as Marina di Campo, Capoliveri and Portoferraio, and their beaches in about twenty minutes.

The villa that houses the bed and breakfast was completely renovated in 2022, is one of the oldest farmhouses in Lacona and is surrounded by the greenery of a large and well-kept olive grove.

In a common area on the ground floor overlooking the veranda, guests have access to a pod coffee machine, a herbal tea maker and a small refrigerator always stocked with fresh water. Here guests will find a table, chairs and several deckchairs where they can enjoy the relaxation and peace of the countryside while admiring the wonderful sea view.

The property has 5 double rooms, three of which can accommodate an additional third bed. Each room can also be accessed from outside the villa.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a 43” television and has a private bathroom with shower enclosure. The modern, neutral tones of the rooms make them ideal for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach or exploring the island.
