B&B Villa Costanza Bed & breakfast Capoliveri

The B&B Villa Costanza is in Lacona in a very quiet area blessed by the sun and with a splendid view overlooking the sea. This central area of the island is strategic because from here you can reach anywhere on the island and in only about 20 minutes you can get to almost all the major municipalities in Elba like Marina di Campo, Capoliveri and Portoferraio, as well as the beaches therein.

The villa where the bed and breakfast sits was fully renovated in 2022 and is one of the oldest farmhouses in Lacona, and lies in the heart of a large, very lush, and accurately cared for, olive grove.

The shared area on the veranda is on the ground floor and here guests have the use of a coffee machine that works with pods, a tea pot and a small fridge where they will find fresh water. Guests will also have the use of tables, chairs and some sunbeds if they wish to lie and relax in the countryside as they look out to the wonderful view of the sea.

The B&B has 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which have room for an extra single bed, an all the rooms have direct access to outside.

Each room has air conditioning, a 43”television, and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. The delicate tones of the colours that the rooms are painted in ensure you can relax after a hot day at the beach or if you have chosen to go on an excursion in order to discover the Island.
