Agriturismo La Fattoria is located between the villages of Rio Marina and Rio Elba, on the eastern side of Isola d’Elba.
It is a farm with 5 newly built apartments, 3 two-bedroom apartments and 2 one-bedroom apartments, furnished in a modern style, offering the opportunity to spend a holiday in close contact with nature.
The two-bedroom apartments, measuring about 70 sqm, consist of a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a small bedroom with two beds. They have a bathroom with shower, air conditioning and colour TV. Outside there is a garden equipped for outdoor dining, with a shared barbecue, and a porch.
The two one-bedroom apartments, measuring about 40 sqm, are located on the first floor and consist of a living area with kitchenette and a double bedroom. Outside there is an equipped panoramic terrace, with a shared barbecue in the garden and a shaded porch.
All apartments are equipped with WiFi, air conditioning and heating, so they can also be used in the low season. Each apartment has a parking space. At the property, accessible from the garden, there are 3 washing machines for shared use.
Agriturismo La Fattoria produces a wide variety of vegetables, sold directly from producer to consumer. Guests can also taste wines and olive oil produced by the farm, in particular the excellent Aleatico dell’Elba. Guests staying at the agriturismo can visit the animals and feed them.
The village of Rio Marina is about 1500 metres away. The nearest beaches are just a 5-minute drive away. A supermarket is located about 150 metres away.
In the nearby village of Rio Marina you can visit the Mining Park and the Mineral Museum, while along the road connecting Rio Elba and Nisporto you can visit the Eremo di Santa Caterina with the Orto dei Semplici and the Campo Catalogo, created to promote research into the natural and cultivated flora of Isola d’Elba.
