Residence Alithai is a welcoming property surrounded by greenery, consisting of 30 apartments arranged in terraced houses on four levels. All apartments are on the ground floor and feature a private patio with table, chairs and awning, perfect for dining outdoors with a view of the garden.
It is the ideal place for those seeking a relaxing holiday, thanks to its quiet hillside location away from the hustle and bustle, yet strategically positioned to explore Elba Island. The residence is only 7 km from the port of Portoferraio, where ferries arrive, and within just 10–20 minutes by car you can reach picturesque villages such as Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, as well as many of the island’s most beautiful beaches. When you prefer not to go out, the residence offers several facilities: a swimming pool with slide and diving board (a favorite among children), a bar/restaurant/pizzeria, shaded private parking and a free communal laundry. Wi-Fi is available in both common areas and apartments.
Nearby you will find Magazzini beach (500 m), perfect for boat rentals, diving or sailing, Schiopparello beach (800 m), quiet and partially shaded by tamarisk trees, and Bagnaia beach, equipped with bathing establishments, a pier, boat rentals and various tourist services. The accommodations are divided into two-room apartments (40 m², suitable for 4/5 people), featuring a double bedroom (with optional extra single bed), a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, fridge with freezer, double sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a furnished veranda. The studios (16 m², for 2 people) include a double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a small terrace. All apartments are cool and airy; air conditioning is available on request for a small supplement.
