Aviotel Residence
The AVIOTEL Residence has a three-level swimming pool, large green areas, barbecue, tennis court and private parking; it is located next to the island's small airport, in the middle of a plain connecting the northern and southern sides of the island at its narrowest point: the most beautiful beaches on the island can be reached in just a few minutes by car; to the south are the gulfs of Marina di Campo, Cavoli and Fetovaia, and to the north the gulfs of Marciana Marina, Procchio and La Biodola.
These are among the island's most famous beaches, well maintained and clean, partly free-access and partly equipped with beach clubs, with both sandy and rocky areas and very interesting seabeds. Guests of Aviotel have an agreement with the nearby bagni Tropical, offering discounts and special rates.
Sea-view apartments
Our seafront apartments are part of the Dunelba condominium; the complex has a large fenced communal garden, where children can play freely and safely, and reserved, covered, unattended parking.
The building's location is unique, facing the characteristic Marina di Campo beach, partly free-access and partly equipped, the largest and best-equipped beach on the island, sandy and suitable for bathing even for young children. The sea can be reached along an 80-metre pedestrian path, entirely shaded by the typical Tyrrhenian pinewood of maritime pines, in the eastern part of the large bay.
